She is currently a member of the National College for DUI Defense, and has been certified to practice law in both New York and Connecticut.

Jennifer spent her first six years of practice as an assistant district attorney in Bronx County. During this period, Tunnard utilized her ability to speak both Spanish and English to give guest-lectures throughout the local area. She also worked as in-house counsel to several insurance companies, defending a number of personal injury cases in the process.

Nowadays, Tunnard takes great pride in operating our law office. She additionally received her Certificate of Completion from Walden, Platt & Associates for the NHTSA/IACP Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner Course. This distinction allows her to personally administer field sobriety tests.
